A 25% deposit must be paid 7 days prior to your trip, along with the remaining 75% payment, which is also due 7 days before your travel date. For bookings made on short notice, full payment is necessary before departure.
We offer complimentary baby and child seats. When you book, you can request a baby seat to ensure its availability upon your arrival. It is important to follow the necessary guidelines, as you will need to take the initiative to install the seats for your children. The seats are securely fastened and comply with all safety standards, demonstrating your commitment to the child's safety.

Airport Questions

Upon your arrival at the airport, the driver will be waiting for you with a sign displaying your name. Additionally, if you share your phone number, the driver will text you prior to your flight landing. Should you have difficulty locating the driver, please call (202) 521-1155 or contact your booking agent. Ensure you meet the driver before exiting the terminal.
We consistently monitor all aspects, including flights, to guarantee that everything is in order. Your chauffeur will be present upon your flight's arrival, ensuring that you encounter no issues due to any delays in your travel.
In the event of a significant flight delay without updated flight information, please contact us immediately via email or phone. Keep us informed of any new details you receive. This will allow us to reschedule and ensure that the driver is available at the revised landing time. If there are delays at customs or baggage claim, you will incur extra charges for the waiting time. This waiting time will be calculated in 15-minute increments based on the type of vehicle. We have implemented this billing approach as it is both effective and fair to our customers, while also allowing for flexibility in response to flight schedule changes.
